I was disappointed that the "reflective" surface was not an actual mirror. I feel the item's description is misleading, and that was a disappointment.
Hi Roger - Sorry you were disappointed in the mirror. Please take a moment and remove the film that protects the mirror. Use your fingernail and scratch the film. It will wrinkle and you'll be able to tear it off. Hope this helps.
